The average work week is 40 hours; that's quite a bit of time! Sedentary work, active work, labor intensive work can all positively or negatively impact health and well being. Diving into how the majority of your time is spent during the day is impacting your health is incredibly important. We help make sure we use your time in the most efficient ways.

Some may prefer gentle therapy vs challenge therapy - some like journaling, others do not - maybe reading is helpful, maybe it bores you. Our therapists are experienced and we do our best to be what you need, when you need it.
